Throughout this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to ttb888, accessible at https://ttb888.lat, including all sub-pages, services, features, and mobile interfaces.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you to access the Platform's services.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, wagering, betting, and entertainment products made available on ttb888, including but not limited to sportsbook, slots, live casino, Dragon Tiger, and live betting.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives issued to your Account by ttb888.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to actual monetary deposits made by you to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or any accepted cryptocurrency equivalent.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum turnover threshold that must be met before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

To register and use ttb888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. ttb888 enforces strict age verification, and any account discovered to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately terminated and all funds held pending investigation.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. • You are not included in any self-exclusion register operated by ttb888 or any nationalaffiliated responsible gaming authority.

ttb888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on ttb888. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ttb888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify ttb888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

ttb888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account without providing a reason, subject to the settlement of any outstanding genuine obligations to the User.

All financial transactions on ttb888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. ttb888 supports the following local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• DuitNow (instant bank transfer)
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB (online banking)

Deposits: Funds deposited into your ttb888 Account are available for wagering purposes only. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and may take between 1–5 business days depending on the payment method selected. ttb888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds. ttb888 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. ttb888 accepts no responsibility for such third-party fees.

Funds deposited by one payment method must generally be withdrawn via the same method. ttb888 may, at its discretion, authorise alternative withdrawal routes following successful identity verification.

ttb888 offers a range of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their respective specific terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before being converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused or partially wagered Bonus Funds that expire will be forfeited without compensation.
• ttb888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• ttb888 may require minimum odds or game type restrictions on wagers that qualify towards wagering requirements. Refer to individual promotion pages for specifics.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in voiding of the bonus and may lead to permanent Account closure.

All bets placed on ttb888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game type, sport, or event. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

ttb888 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any bet or wager where:

• There is evidence of system error, technical malfunction, or data feed disruption that has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed.
• The bet was placed after the official start of the event or after the relevant game round had closed.
• There is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of collusion associated with the event.
• The applicable maximum stake or payout limits for the event or game type have been exceeded.

In live betting markets, odds fluctuate continuously and in real time. ttb888 cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the time you initiate a bet will be the final accepted odds; in the event of a material change, you will be notified and given the option to confirm or cancel the bet.

All official results used to settle bets are taken from recognised governing bodies and data providers. ttb888's determination of the outcome of any wager is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ttb888 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games to generate winnings beyond normal play.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, servers, databases, or other users' Accounts.
• Engaging in harassment, offensive communication, or threatening behaviour toward ttb888 staff or other users via any channel.
• Reselling, transferring, or commercialising your Account or any winnings derived from it to third parties.

ttb888 employs sophisticated monitoring systems and reserves the right to review any Account activity at any time. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ttb888 may withhold funds pending investigation.

All content on ttb888, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface designs, audio-visual elements, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of ttb888 or its licensed third-party partners and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any part of the Platform's content without express written consent from ttb888.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code on the Platform.
• Use ttb888's name, logo, or brand assets in any external communication, advertisement, or social media content without prior written approval.

Any unauthorised use of ttb888's intellectual property may constitute a civil and criminal offence. ttb888 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in such cases.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance.

ttb888 may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or licensed third-party service providers strictly as required by law or as necessary to deliver the Services. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttb888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if ttb888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, telecommunications networks, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials or from unauthorised access to your Account.

Where ttb888's liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ttb888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the User's bank or payment provider.
• At the User's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.

Upon Account closure, ttb888 will return any verified Real Money Funds balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding obligations, bonus liabilities, or fraud-related holds) within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ttb888 customer support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of first being raised, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution service designated by ttb888's licensing authority. The decision of the independent adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.
